Four and five year old campers will build on their natural curiosity to discover, explore, and learn about the world around them.
Six and seven year old campers will enhance their ability to explore, investigate, and question.
Eight and nine year old campers will develop their science skills as they compare, consider, and classify all sorts of living and non-living things.
Parents love our exciting and enriching nature-based learning experiences. Campers build, climb, dig, and invent while cultivating a love for nature and learning—right in the city of Chicago.
Our unique day camp sessions give campers ages 4 to 9 the opportunity to develop new friendships while building social and science skills. The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum grounds are their classroom, fostering critical thinking strategies, social-emotional skills, and science practices through interactive experiences with museum collections, live animal critter connections, and the natural world.
