Description
THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED
This series of three classes is designed for beginning, intermediate and advanced students who need a
“refresher.” Learn the fundamental principles of putting pencil to paper by developing a basic pencil-line
technique with instructor Derek Norman. Understand how to establish shape, form, depth, dimension,
proportions and perspective! These techniques will be emphasized so that each student will learn how
to take their talents to the next level. Cost: $160/member, $190/non-member. -

Nature on Tap features adults-only access to the Nature Museum, including the Judy Istock Butterfly Haven and our special temporary exhibits. Highlights include a trivia game testing your knowledge with nature and science themed questions. The winning trivia team will receive the coveted Golden Cockroach trophy.
Cost: Free/member, $10/non-member.
Admission includes access to all exhibits, crafty projects and participation in the trivia challenge. Cash bar available.Registration Information

July 9, TuesdayTamale Making Workshop
Description
The Tamale Spaceship will do a tamale and guacamole demonstration at the Nature Museum! The program will be a fun and friendly demonstration about how to make traditional Mexican tamales and guacamole from natural, whole foods. Guests will make their own tamales and guacamole. Learn how these foods connect us to the land where the ingredients are grown. Cost: $25/member, $35/non-member.
