When it comes to lawns, landscaping, and the environment,
who’s a criminal and what’s a crime? These wanted posters detail
what can happen when an American homeowner chooses, rightly or wrongly, to
ignore the landscaping standards of his or her community. The cases here are
real, as are the issues they raise about the reigning lawn aesthetic.
