Throughout the year, more than 200 volunteers come through the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum doors to restore the prairie, interact with visitors, handle live animals and assist with countless public programs. In the 2008 fiscal year alone, our volunteers dedicated more than 10,000 hours of their time working at the Museum.

Volunteering at the Museum provides a great way to get your hands dirty and work with nature. Individuals at least 18 years of age or older are welcome!
