Terms and Conditions

In keeping with the Notebaert Nature Museum's (NNM) purpose of furthering science education and research, it is the policy of the Museum, whenever possible, to permit non-commercial use and redistribution of the information contained on its Web site. Access to and use of Museum images and data is subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

  • The data, electronic images and other materials accessible through the NNM Web site ("Materials") are made available for non-commercial, personal use. Copying or redistribution in any manner for personal or corporate commercial gain is not permitted.
  • NNM specifically retains any rights, including possible copyrights, which it may have in the Materials and/or the images they contain.
