Contact the Special Events Department for facility rental fees at 773-755-5155, or use our online form and a representative will send you a sales kit immediately so you can begin planning your event today! We encourage you to make inquiries early, as spaces are filled well in advance.

 

Rental Times and Hours

Monday through Friday - Starting at 5:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday -Starting at 6 p.m.

 

Rental fees change seasonally.  Please contact the Special Events Office at 773-755-5155 for a complete list of rates.

 

Corporate and Social Luncheon/Meeting spaces are available during Museum operating hours. Please contact the Special Events Department for more information.

 

Special Services

An on-site Event Coordinator will be at your side the evening of your event to ensure perfection. We are happy to recommend top-notch florists, musicians, and valet services. We provide standard security as part of your rental. Additional equipment and services are available for a fee.

 

Parking

Convenient parking is available for your guests.  Specific parking areas alternate seasonally. Please contact the Special Events Department for details.

 

Unique Gifts

Your guests will remember your event long after they leave. Our Nature Museum Gift Shop features exquisite souvenirs that complement our exhibits and programs. Gifts are perfect for event mementos, corporate incentives, and wedding and shower favors. The Special Events Department can help arrange a shop visit and merchandise selection.
