Sanctuary: Flight of the Majestic Monarch
The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum is honored to present its latest exhibition in partnership with the Consulate General of Mexico and its Mexico 2010 program, Sanctuary: Flight of the Majestic Monarch. Sanctuary transports visitors of all ages on the wings of the Monarch Butterfly through the perspectives of award-winning Mexican artists.

Managing Eden
Using her artistic eye and camera, Joann Brennan makes photographs that inspire people think about wildlife conservation in a whole new way. Her exhibit, Managing Eden, comes to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum to provoke discussion about how our region is handling the conservation challenges that we face. By taking viewers into the lab and the field, Brennan depicts the actions we take to protect natural spaces, bringing our impact on nature into focus.

Steelroots
Explore the underground lifeline of trees in a monumental sculpture by Steve Tobin. This piece was crafted with recycled steel, and is part of a larger series that will be on display at the Morton Arboretum in the spring of 2010.
